१- संयुक्त राष्ट्र प्रवासन समझोता को ख़ारिज करने में ऑस्ट्रेलिया के साथ हुआ 

Australian government has announced that it would reject a UN migration pact already denounced by the United States and several European countries.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison, said, adopting the pact would risk encouraging illegal entry to Australia.

The pact has already been rejected by the Us administration of Donal Trump and conservative government in Poland, Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic.

UN Migration Pact

UN Global compact on Migration will be the first intergovernmental negotiated agreement under auspices of UN to cover all dimension of international migration in holistic and comprehensive manner.

Its origin can be found in New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants adopted in September 2016 by UN General Assembly.

Under this declaration Many signatory Un member countries had decided to develop global compact for safe, orderly and regular migration.
The process to develop this global compact for migration was started in April 2017. It was to reach international consensus at the UN in December 2018.
The purpose of this pact is to provide significant opportunity to improve governance on migration,address challenges associated with today's migration, and strengthen contribution and migration to sustainable development.

'Vajra Prahar' commences in Jaipur

The 12-day long joint military exercise between India and The United States known as 'Vajra Prahar' commenced in Jaipur.

 A contingent of the United States Pacific commander arrived at Mahajan Field Firing Ranges Bikaner, Rajasthan for undertaking Joint training with the Indian Special Forces. 

For this exercise US Army is represented by contingent of one officer and 10 Other Ranks from Special Froces Group of United States Pacific Command.

The contingents of the both countries in the exercise, will train on aspects such as hostage rescue, building intervention, desert survival  medical aid and combat firing. 

Bangladesh wins 59th edition of Subroto Cup Football Tournament 

Bangladesh Krida Shiksha Prothishtan won the 59the edition of the junior boys Subroto Coup International Football Tournament beating Amini School, Afghanistan by a solitary goal, at the Ambedkar Stadium in New Delhi.

Habibur Rahman scored the all-important goal in the 11 th minute.

'Waste to Art' museum inaugurated by Odisha CM

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday inaugurated the Bhubaneswar Open Air Museum of Waster-to-Art at Kalinga Vihar.

As many as 22 artists from 16 countries created 24 sculptures form metal waste in a show of their creativity.
